Refund Policies

Courses
If requested before the start date, course purchases may be refunded or credited to the next course start date. Course purchases will be refunded less a $15.00 administrative fee. Requests for course refunds after the start of the course will be denied. Gift certificates for courses will be honored until the stated expiration date (one year from date of purchase). Sorry, no refunds for unredeemed gifts.
Licensing fees are non-refundable.
